Good afternoon, everyone!
It’s been a long time since I've updated. 2022 has been a very long and trying year from coming down with covid again, suffering considerable losses in hurricane Ian and many other issues. With these issues, a decision had to be made, and I’m sad to say that all subsequent books relating to the High Garden Universe are on hold.
This was a difficult choice, especially since I have many of the stories complete (Colin, The Dragon Protector’s Mates, Nathan’s Cub, the prequel trilogy, and more). But I won't be submitting them with my current publisher and will have to wait until I can begin to self-publish them. This was heartbreaking as I love my characters and their world so much, but this is the best choice for me, my family, and my current situation.
I assure you that the High Garden stories will return, and their adventures do continue—Fate’s not done with them. As I’ve said, I have many written and am writing many more. Their subsequent releases will just be delayed.
What happens now?
While the High Garden World is on pause, another world is born. The Lions of Satchel Pride is being introduced, starting with Hayden’s Pryde. I’m looking forward to this series and had fun writing this first book. I fell in love with Hayden and Owen and their journey. Their story still has shifters (lions, not dragons), fated mates, true love, and a guaranteed happily ever after.
I’m looking to release Hayden’s Pryde in December of this year. The blurb and cover will be released soon. I truly hope you enjoy their story and fall in love with them as I have.
